SAMARTH Training – Traditional Weaving Meets Modern Techniques

A total of 30 candidates received training in silk handloom weaving, preserving traditional skills while learning modern enhancements. Out of them, 11 were placed in handloom companies earning up to ₹14,000/month, 9 upgraded their looms with advanced techniques, and 10 became self-employed with home-based units.

The program resulted in a significant 60–70% income boost, creating long-term sustainable opportunities for rural artisians.
